• Returns must be initiated within 7 days for craft and apparel products.
• Exclusions: Customized items and clearance sale products are non-returnable.

1. Contact us immediately upon receiving your order to raise a return request.
2. Pack the product securely to prevent damage during transit.
3. For eligible pin codes within India, we will arrange a reverse pickup. If reverse pickup is unavailable for your location, you may need to ship the product back to us.
4. For international orders, customers must handle return shipping independently.

Refund and Exchange

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• For food items, replacements will be shipped within 4-5 business days of return receipt.
• For craft or apparel items, replacements may take 12-15 business days for delivery.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or provided as store credit, as per your preference.

• Products damaged, tampered with, or used are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
